These are good quality for the price but doesn’t fit a 2004 Tahoe however works good for a 2006 Silverado.

My car is older, with no auto lock fuel door or locking cap. So, accessing my gas has basically been a free for all for the thieves syphoning out fuel in my neighborhood. It was only when my car needed break repairs, & I wasn’t driving it for a while, that I noticed the tank I had just filled had been mysteriously lowered to a quarter of a tank over a matter of parked days. I had no idea how much they had been robbing me blind! I was filling my tank often, & now my gas is lasting me the whole month. This little fix has more than paid for itself.

Could not get the cap off! I have arthritis so I can’t do enough pressure to get it to turn. Directions written on the cap are wrong & didn’t help.

It works, get used to turn right to lock, left with key in it and it unlocks! Viola!

It fits and works great. It did cause my engine light to come on. They say it caused the engine light to come on because it doesn’t fit tight like the original gas cap.

Last locking cap ordered didn’t work properly, was returned and ordered this one. This cap has resistance and clicks when installed. That’s what it’s suppose to do. Good price
