This is just as good as the higher cost one from felpro and was easy to install. Rivet holes all matched up for easy fitment to oil pan. No leaks after install.

Original gasket is riveted on the oil pan, use a small punch to remove it, use blue gasket sealer on rivet holes and tighten from center out slowly, torking is recommended but not necessarily just don’t over tighten. All good. Then install the pump cover. Have fun.
