I tried this detail spray wax from Zenex which works on a wide range of different surfaces (incl. interiors) according to the description.
I like the spray application – it’s easy and fast. I also liked that it foams a little bit and when wiping it seems to evaporate fairly quickly leaving very little residue to buff out. So for quick detailing touch ups without a lot of buffing it works well.
What I don’t like as much is that it doesn’t seem to leave a high glossy shine that I was expecting – especially on the interior. However, It does leave a hydrophobic coating without leaving a greasy residue.
So if you’re looking for a quick detailing spray, this is easy to work with. But if you look for a long lasting high gloss there may be better alternatives.
In the pictures the interior door panel is before, during and after applying. The last picture is of the hood with the right side half treated with spray wax and the left half untreated (this is a 2016 vehicle so paint is 8 years old).

This is about the easiest stuff to use I’ve ever had. Really convenient aerosol spray, that has a good pattern to it. Just spray on and wipe off. If you use too much it has a tendency to streak, it takes a little practice to get just the right amount. Once mastered, it’s easy to get a streak free near perfect shine.
It’s perfect for really quick wipe downs before a car show or something. Has a really nice shine to it, and does a good job of eliminating dust and water spots that might have accumulated since your last wash. This clearly isn’t going to wash a vehicle if it’s seriously dirty, but it does great if you’re just wiping away some surface dust.
One more great thing, it seems like you get a lot for your money here. I’ve wiped down my entire car with it twice, and it doesn’t even feel like I’ve used a quarter of one can. A little goes a long way, and they give you quite a bit in each can.
Cost-effective, easy to use, works well, no complaints here. Five stars.

Zenex Body Gloss and Final Detail Spray Wax is a game-changer for car enthusiasts. This spray-on final detailing solution outshines even the best-known brands like Griot’s Garage, Adam’s, Meguiar’s, and Chemical Guys. It’s incredibly versatile, perfect for both interior and exterior use, leaving your vehicle with a glossy, wet, non-greasy shine. The magic lies in its simplicity. Just simply spray the solution directly on your car and wipe in one direction with a microfiber towel. Let it work its wonders for 8 to 10 minutes, then come back with the other side of the towel for a final buff. The result? A “showroom shine”. ( If you are using this product for the first time, I would suggest that you sample a small amount of the detail spray on the vehicle before going all in to ensure it does not chemical damage to your paint. If not then go all in and experience what I am sure will become your new detail spray for all your car needs). I’ve found my new go-to detailing agent in this can. On a scale of 5 stars, it deserves a solid 10! That’s just how pleased I am with this product. Zenex Body Gloss is a must-have for anyone looking to achieve that perfect, quick final shine.

detail spray wax works well but doesn’t last on the vehicle, it lasted till I put it through the car wash. But its last’s a couple of months. it’s easy to put on, spray on and wipe off. good price and fast delivery.

The exterior rubber and plastic on 2015 Nissan have faded due to all the washing and soap residue. This brought everything back to life with very little work. Get a kid to help you to wipe the lower trim pieces if you are like me and too tired to reach that low anymore with out aches and pains

Car hasn’t been washed for a 18 months and this was a perfect test of this product. I sprayed the Zenex Body Gloss on a section of the trunk, and wiped it off with a clean microfiber cloth, turned over the microfiber cloth and wiped it one more time to polish it out, and the shine is back in the paint, it looks like I just washed and waxed that section of the trunk.
The smell was great, and I actually liked working with this product, no harsh smells, just a simple aerosol spray detailer and wax to keep the car looking clean when you cannot wash you car at the car wash, or don’t have the ability to do so at an apartment with a hose and bucket.

This product gave my car a quick deep gloss after a quick wash. It works as advertised. Easy to apply, wipe on and off. I found that its not as durable and doesnt last that long. It could barely withstand another wash cycle before it needs to be applied again. All in all, its good but does not outshine the rest of the market.
