Needed to purchase other sensor at parts shop to get system to reset.
Update- was contacted by customer service regarding issues. They were helpful working through what I saw and sent refund.

Amazon Customer –
Works for a year after that fail again
Silicon Forest Entertainment –
Stick with Bosch or NTK OE sensor. This knockoff does not help. P0134 Bank 1 Sensor 1 code came back within days. Tried clearing code a few times but kept coming back until I ponied up for the NTK replacement from AutoZone. Save your money and don’t buy this crap.
Eickman5 –
Failed within a month of install. Less than 30 days to return.
Edit- Amazon is sending us a new one and we will return the defective one🤞🤞🤞
