These were a perfect fit for my grandma’s 2011 Malibu. Easy to install (and I’m not mechanically inclined) and a great value. They popped right on. Another reviewer felt that these were shorter than the originals- I didn’t notice a difference. The trunk requires a little more effort to pull up and push down, but it’s barely noticeable (in fact, I’m pretty sure I only noticed because another reviewer commented on it). I would definitely buy again.

Gives that “new car” feel after replacing the original struts. We will see how they hold up, but for the price, they fit and function the same as the OEM struts.

Honest review, no promotion or free product review. Very easy install on GMC Envoy SLT. They work when they stay in place but for some reason they intermittently pop off sometimes when I’m closing the tailgate.
Almost cracked my rear tailgate window 1 time. At this moment I took them off and just use the window because the door is so heavy without them. Got in touch with seller, so I will update soon.
Update….. The replacements came. I must have received a bad set. They work just as good as the OEM. I think the clips were bad on the old set.

These lifts worked great on the trunk lid and are performing as expected a few months later.

Fairly easy replacement, just neeed to be sure the clip is moved over enough to let it slip on the ball joint especially on the bottom joint. I suggest you start on the bottom as clearane is minimal. Time will tell thesupports reliability.
