I got this to replace the broken window regulator in my 03 Suburban. My motor was still good, I just needed the regulator. THIS WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE O.E.M. WINDOW MOTOR. The original motor has a 6-point star wheel drive gear and this regulator has a flat spline cog gear. I had to return this and get a regulator with motor included.

I do not know why it would be different, its the same body style as all 2006 suburbans and yukon xl’s
went to orielys and theres didnt fit either. went to autozone and finally…a fit.
