this product is not worth buying ….after going through the time and effort to install you get something that last longer than 15 up and downs literally. i own a shop so i can assure you it was properly installed and i also own the vehicle it was installed on. when i ordered there was still such a backlog for parts i thought ok ill give this a try. to say i was underwhelmed is a joke …its a terrible product that at an engineering standpoint cold easily be tweaked bottom cam guide be made of metal not plastic and voila good product cost wise to consumer say 10 to 12 dollars more …so look elsewhere this is not a good part

Looks and functions just like the OEM BMW part. Make sure to lookup how to install online. This one is a bit trickier on the BMW than other cars.

It’s cheap, it fit, it works. Granted the window has not been used much but no problems so far.

Replaced the rear passenger regulator twice now, and it didn’t even last a year before breaking this time around. Believe the other bad reviews, it breaks after maybe 30 rotations. I’m done buying these after-market replacements since my front passenger side replacement regulator has also broken after only a few months.

I ordered this window regulator for my 97 528. I ordered it without the motor as mine was still functioning. Steps on youtube were so clear and simple to follow. Just be careful when you remove the old window motor and reinstall as not to take the cable off track
