Went to my local window n glass repair shop thinking it so be a easy fix. well no not really the guys at the shop took everything apart, installed the new regulator and to bam the thing snapped out of its place! thank god they had a oem used one for 75 bucks witch i gladly took. will be returning this one!

Followed the directions on Nathan’s BMW Workshop’s two videos on the take apart and installation video. Also used the tool list of tools required from Bimmerforums E39 how-to section, which also had pictures of the tools and each step of the process. With my wife helping, it went quickly and seamlessly.
