As a 61 year old single woman on a pretty tight budget while currently out on long term medical leave from work having my spine rebuilt… this part, of course, decided to pick THIS time to go out in my 2008 Impala. 🤦🏻♀️ Ironically… I saw it for sale when I was here purchasing the suction cup device to hold up my downed window glass! Talk about, convenient!! 😃👌
First… I had no clue that Amazon even SOLD stuff like this to begin with, but then… why am I surprised, right?! 😜😂
Secondly… after digging around locally, and getting some rough estimates for the ENTIRE job… I found that if I WOULD’VE taken it to a regular auto shop, they would’ve tried to hit me for WELL over SIX TIMES as much as I paid here!! 💸💸💸
Third, I am SO proud of myself (and giving credit to my Creator) that not ONLY did I diagnose the issue myself, but I also saved one crap ton of money in the process, at a mere $50!! 😊 Lightening fast shipping, and quality made parts… was the icing on THIS cake! It just doesn’t get any sweeter than that!! 🤜🎂🤛
Anyway, I took this part to a local, small business, auto glass shop in my city whose been around for well over 40 years. Not only was their labor price to install extremely inexpensive, but they did a high quality job in under an hour (that I COULDN’T do, because of my back), with a part I found and bought on my own, AND… it fit and worked like an absolute DREAM! Wham, bam, thank you guys!! 🙌🙌
