Just replace on your own in a few minutes. Just prop the hood with a broom handle or stick…and good to go.

Took literally 2 minutes. Bought our LR4 used with sagging struts. Now I can finally do some engine work without fearing for losing a hand.

Took less than 5min to pop the old ones off my 2011 Range Rover HSE Supercharged, and pop these on. Just a heads up, they both face the same direction, just easily twist the extension piece (no effort required, moves easily) and it now fits the opposite side.

I was able to get these on with no problem. The biggest problem was getting the old rusty ones off. Worked perfect for my 08 RR SC (L322). I had the trunk door close on me and figured it was time to change out the lifts.

This item will not work for model years beyond 2012, it even freaking says 2005-2012 on the box!! Why in the world are you saying this works for Land Rovers through model year 2016 in your description?! The photo I have attached is with the hood down as far as it will go with these!

I don’t expect any surprises from this. The struts are well built and work perfectly. They’re almost too in that they require much more effort to push them down.
