07 FJ Cruiser had two emission related check engine lights. I started replacing everything in the emissions line. The OEM vapor solenoid was a little costly compared to this so I bought one. My mistake. I found the culprit was the charcoal canister but then had a new CEL. After a long time of checking things I thought no way could it be this new solenoid. Grabbed an overpriced OEM one and the light hasn’t been back in 300 miles. Had to be this unit.
After arguing with Amazon they will taken it back but I’m out a restocking fee.
I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Perfect fit for my 2005 Tacoma. Had emissions code engine light for years. Replaced this guy, reset and voila no more check engine light. It’s been about 6 mos and still no light. Great!

Seller was excellent, and so they get a 5 star review, as they have promptly refunded me. Great communication. I suggested and hope that they revise the description so that its clear that the item doesn’t fit 2nd generation Tundra with 5.7L V8 engine.

After installing and clearing the check engine light the light came back on but cleared after driving about 25 miles and has been off ever since.
