Looks like solid posts but it did not come with cables and the screws bag was all tore up.

Product is good quality. However I knkcked 2 stars off because it was missing the mounting screws, which a trip to the hardware store resolves. Second was delivery because it was returned for incomplete address. I have no idea how that occured as I get hundreds of packages a yearnat the same address Amazon has had for years. I bought another brand, came next day, had all parts.
