This cap is a bit pricey, but it fits perfectly on my Ram 2500 and it looks good. The magnet works well too. It probably isn’t needed but it keeps water and DEF from accidentally getting into the fuel tank. I would have given it 5 stars if the rubber o-ring didn’t fall off every time I remove the cap to fill up. I wish they would send me a replacement o-ring or tell me where I could get one that would stay in place. Still, I’m glad I bought it and would recommend it.

I ordered it and it arrived on time as promised and it fit perfectly on my 2024 Ram 3500 as advertised.

Bought this cap for my new Ram 2500. This cap is heavier duty than I expected. It’s a solid piece of aluminum with a strong magnet. It goes in the filler neck fine and twists to lock in place. The magnet holds onto the gas door arm tightly. Having put gas in my diesel once before, many years ago, I know I’m not above rushing and putting DEF in there. Having a cap on my diesels keeps me from spilling or inadvertently putting DEF (or gas) in my diesel tank.

Absolutely junk. Magnet pushes fill flap open and nothing to keep the cap locked tight. Bumps in the road knock it loose.
