Much better than fluid film. Gun is sufficient but some adjustments would be nice. Overall happy.

UPDATE August 25 2020:
It’s now been over a year since my first and only application of the Woolwax so far. The woolwax even through the summer is still on the underside of the truck. I don’t wash my truck in car washes. It only gets hand washed or washed with a power washer. I can say that nothing under my truck has rust on it that I got the woolwax on or in.
I have had some accessories added to my truck and the only complaint I get from mechanics is that in the summer heat, the texture of the woolwax is more like grease and it annoys them. However, they do appreciate not fighting rusty bolts and nuts. I intend to reapply it again this fall just as a precaution as due to having some work done on the truck the mechanics have wiped some of it off.
It’s so easy to apply with the accessories they provide. I can say that I am very pleased with the results and longevity of my original application. I still highly recommend this product.
Original review:
I live in the midwest and was struggling to find anyone that does undercoating in our area. After looking into the Undercoating company that’s starts with Z I wasn’t willing to pay their price and try to maintain their ridiculous demands for not voiding the warranty.
I wanted to undercoat my new truck and ran across a lot of good reviews on this and decided to give it try. My truck has a 6 inch suspension lift so I was able to just lay on the ground under my truck and apply this. I hooked this up to my air compressor and it took me a few minutes to adjust the nozzle to spray the thickness of coating I wanted. Once I got that figured out it was a breeze. The attachments that came with it allowed me to apply this to the inside of the rocker panels, inside my tailgate, and in and around the doors. My truck was already pre drilled with all the access holes necessary.
I applied this in the fall and it is now almost spring. I crawled under my truck to see how well it stayed driving through the snow and slush etc all winter. I did not find an area where the application had been washed, rinsed off. The entire underside of my truck is still coated. Now I also do not use automatic car washes that blast the underside of the vehicle. I only used the hand held power washer at the car wash this winter.
I am extremely happy with how it stayed on the truck all winter. I don’t see any corrosion and or signs of rust anywhere. The woolwax has stayed tacky almost like the consistency of a tile adhesive.
I expect I will have to reapply it next year as the rainy season and warmer weather will probably eventually wash it away. I’m ok with that. I have a double cab Silverado with the standard bed and I used less than half a gallon to coat the entire underside, rocker panels, tailgate, inside of doors and door jamb areas. I also removed my fender well liners and sprayed behind those.
In my opinion and in my experience this is super simple to use and has met my needs and expectations without having to jump through any hoops to maintain a warranty.
I will continue to use this on my truck and when my wife buys her new car, I will use it on hers also.
