Bought this for my 2019 Kia Sedona – had read some reviews with people complaining about the locking mechanism being no good. That simply not true. It’s different than the OEM style, but it’s fine.
Everything is good. Comparable to the OEM filter at a fraction of the cost.

Perfect fit for the 2023 Hyundai Palisade. I switched from Fram to Wix air filters after seeing multiple reviews and test showing how well they perform – always #1 or #2. It was easy to replace the older filter and this fit perfect, even includes the additional “levers” to secure it inside the Hyundai air filter mount. For the slightly higher cost, it is well worth protecting your engine with a quality air filter, which is why I’m happy with this purchase and give it 5 stars.

These are really nicely made air filters. This is the second one I’ve used in the same vehicle. The big thing I look for is, “How clean is the airbox in the post-filter side of the airbox after you replace the old filter?” You can check this with a white paper towel. After I replaced the previous Wix filter, I took a white paper towel and wiped out the inside of the airbox on the filtered (clean air) side of the box. The towel came out clean. There was also a good amount of trapped dust and debris on the dirty side of the filter. So my unsophisticated test seems to indicate that this is a really efficient filter when it comes to keeping the intake air clean. The filter element itself seems to be made from a tightly woven and high quality fabric material.
Clearly, drawing in as much air as possible is a good thing for power and I can’t attest to how well this particular filter helps maintain power. I drive an SUV, not a sports car! But I believe filtration is more important for the longevity of your engine, so I tend to stay away from the oiled fabric style filters, which don’t filter nearly as well–no matter what their advertising department might say.
I don’t think you can go wrong with the Wix filter if you want to keep your engine clean over the long haul.
