This car phone holder bracket installation is very simple, placed on the dashboard of the car, the bottom of the suction cup of the top of the vacuum adsorption button must be pressed down, very stable, bumpy roads will not be a problem!Of course, the choice to put in the car air conditioning vents is also a good choice. Really like this wireless charger. Used the vent mount, also has flat surface mount, mounts securely. Fairly quick charging at 15W. Handy features like soft touch open and close. And I think it looks pretty good too.

This phone charger has been securely stuck to my dashboard for 2 weeks now. It took me a minute to figure out how to force the “suction” but once I did that, it hasn’t budged. If it ever does, I have the option to use the vent clip and that will work nicely as well.
This charger is not advertised to work with My Z-Fold 3, but it does! I even have a fairly bulky phone case that protects the spine and the arms of this unit still open wide enough and close tight enough to hold my phone in place. And it still charges with the case on. The feet that the phone rests on do not have a lip on them so they will hold a phone that extends beyond the depth of the feet. They rubbery grips keep it in place.
My phone is very heavy. At first I had trouble with it weighing down the “neck” of the holder, but then I realized that you can tighten the hinges and I figured out the right combination (blue arrows). Once you do that you can still pull it down to lower it – it sort of moves in notched or ratcheted steps. Sorry, I don’t know how to explain that better, see the video; this keeps it from flopping around. You have all sorts of flexibility with direction and tilt.
This phone holder recognizes when your phone is approaching the holder and it automatically opens its arms to receive the phone, then closes around it after a few seconds. To release your phone you just touch the bottom back right area – which is just a natural part of reaching for your phone anyway.
I love this phone holder and charger. Until I get a car with a wireless charger built into the dash or console, this is the cat’s meow!
