These do fit the Model X, and have the internal sprayer also on OEM blades. However, these wipers do not do a very good job of producing a streak free windshield in the rain. The 2 year old blades I replaced did a better job than these.
Edit: Blades have a sheath that needs to be removed. Once removed, these work great!

It’s a 50/50 chance they both will correctly install. One wiper installed easily and correctly. The other wasn’t correctly sized at the connection to the arm.

For my 2018 Model X. Installed and works perfectly.
Make sure to remove the small plastic pieces that cover the rubber wiper blades.

This works ok on the driver side windshield, but still has a gap at the top edge and on the passenger side where it can’t press evenly enough to clear the water. I initially forgot to remove the protective plastic from the blade, like others who reviewed here. Once that was done, it was relatively easy to install. However, I will (unfortunately) be going to Tesla to get the real thing at a higher price and returning these.
Bottom line, this one is only useful in an emergency and barely worth the lower cost.

Make sure to check that the water does not come out only in the middle. They seem to have a problem with parts missing. It’s too late for me to return mine. The water is supposed to come out of the little pin holes along the whole length of the blade, but if there is a small tiny piece missing in the middle all the water will come out in the middle of the blade and not clean the bottom of the windshield.

The wipers work, but only time will tell for how long. My big complaint is that it they just dump washer fluid out of the middle instead of having holes along the length of the wipes to spread evenly across the whole wiper like oem does. This seemed to leave alot more fluid that didnt wipe away fully.
