Looks nice besides all the start stops in the welds which is irrelevant because it doesn’t fit anyways none of the holes line up so I can’t finish my review –
Can’t rate it on its performance or durability if it doesn’t fit the vehicle it’s listed to fit

If tried to up load a photo. The square hole used for a 1/2 drive to take tension off the belt was not machined correctly. The hole is to small for 1/2 and to big for 3/8 drive to be used safely. Had to grind down a 1/2 adapter to fit. Would have returned it but pressed for time. Watch out for this if you order.

Was installed on Cummins 4bt in a case 90xt skid steer. Looks, feels, and works exactly like the original Dayco belt tensioner. The square hole is to small for 1/2” drive and a little big and loose for 3/8” drive. I used a 3/8” square drive successfully with out issues.

Installed on my backhoe with a Cummins 4B, lasted about a weak and tensioning mechanism broke, allowing unit to dangle like a wet noodle. Just buy name brand for your B series Cummins.

This was installed as a replacement part in my uncle’s motorhome.

The unit works fine. Per the negative reviews the square is not the typical 1/2 inch. You will need a 7/16 square socket head to use the tension release. Not a big deal considering how inexpensive this is compared to at a store
***added 5 months later. It didn’t last . In a bind I needed to buy one from OReilly and the quality difference is visibly clear plus the ability to use a standard socket driver

I purchased this tensioner to replace the original one my Cummins ISL power steering pump on my 2006
Foretravel Motorhome. The old one was slipping. I think the spring lost tension. The only problem with this one is the 1/2 inch braker bar does not fit. Had to use a 3/8 inch bar which causes two problems.
1. Not enough leverage to easially install the belt.
2. Comes close to stripping out the square hole.
Trying to locate an appropriate adapter but no luck so far. Changing a belt on the road will be difficult if not impossible with this differance. Could be this is for the European market. Maybe their braker bars are metric.
