I buy these quite a bit. I have an alarm system that uses these to activate if my truck bed cover is broken into. I break them from time to time. The place I had my alarm system installed wanted to charge me $65 just for this. Not counting the installation. So I do myself for less half the price

I installed under hood lighting led on my truck and the kit came with a switch that looked identical to these, but nowhere near the quality. I was constantly having problems with flickering lights and would have to mess with the switch to turn them on. Upon first inspection it was obvious these switches were much higher quality. The action was very smooth, the plunger didn’t have any play, the connector tab is thicker, I couldn’t feel or hear the plunger spring, and has a very nice finish without any rough edges. It’s been installed on my truck for a few months now and works perfectly every time. I know I’ll be ordering more of these in the future for some of the classic trucks I’m restoring.

These switches were a great find. Solid quality construction, simple to install, and function just as you expect them too. There adjustability make them fit just about any door application. I have used them in conjunction with weather stripping so I have left them extended, but they can be adjusted for tighter fit places. I has been pretty aggressive with the terminals and the have not broken off. I was rough enough with one that I was asking for it to break and it did not. Highly recommended.

Bought these to retrofit a dome light to my Can Am side by side so when I open the doors the dome light comes on. I had to rethread a bracket to match the threads of these switches but other than that it went pretty well, and they do work.
