Tried spraying with overlapping coats, the wipe down. Drizzled water over treated area, ran off, but soaked in where the product didn’t touch. Not sure how I would have done differently. I even made 2 applications to hopefuiilly prevent this. The one bottlle did 2 apps, but not enough for a third.
