Fit a 2010 Honda CR-V 2.4L with no modifications. Quality appears good.
Con: Gasket was shipped loose in the converter box and was damaged upon arrival.
I purchased a better gasket (Fel-Pro MS 97036) than the gasket that shipped with the converter.

I got this catalytic converter at a great deal. It fit my 2011 Honda CRV just fine. I have not had any problems with it. I changed it myself (with the assistance of my wife).
