Good quality, all necessary hardware included. Would have said 5 stars except it took some bending of the front shield to get the bolts to match up with the holes welded onto small flanges. Had to tap out the threads on two of the holes.

The part showed up on the date it was promised, and although it was not shown on the sellers description, the kit included everything needed to install, including manifold gasket, exhaust doughnut, and all new fasteners for the heat shields, braces and connection to the exhaust flange..I was very happy about that, as many times the fasteners used on exhaust components are rusted and not always reuseable…It fit like the original, and all of the shield mounts were in the right place. This was an excellent value. There are less expensive replacements, but if you want a part with no installation hassles, this is an excellent choice..The Walker brand has been around for a long time, and it’s nice to see that a respected name can still earn respect.

Quite frankly, even though I already installed this and thus can’t return it, I should be given a refund by either Amazon or Walker or Amazon credit.
This Walker is bad quality and leaks exhaust gases. I would never buy any Walker products again and def. not recommend to anyone.
I originally ordered from RockAuto, and returned it an hour after delivery because it was completely destroyed and really bad welds. I called Walker, and they said get it SOLD BY AMAZON, and I did. But, the quality isn’t much better.
1. Pic with AF sensor shows the weld is not continuous, and exhaust leaks through and shoots out tiny shards of metal and needs to be JB welded/other sealed.
2. Header/manifold seal came all bent up and destroyed.
3. Bolts are cheap regular Home Depot bolts.
4. Bottom mount bolts don’t line up.
5. Entire unit is about 1 inch too short. The bottom flange doesn’t fit properly.
6. Heat shields bolt holes do not line up and had to jerry rig it
7. Exhaust pipe was bent at the flange area, and I had to bend it circular again with pliers
8. All dirty, and the left over dirt from the welding burns off, producing a crap load of smoke.
9. Didn’t realize the exhaust weld leak until after I installed it, and can’t return now.

Received it relatively fast. Fit perfectly in my 2003 Toyota Rav4. Check engine cleared and performance has improved.

So much for OEM fit. I bought this $430 Walker cat after returning a $220 aftermarket bc of poor fit. I expected everything to line right up bc Walker clams “OEM fitment”.
It’s not.
The bolt holes for the lower flange on the cat are a full 1/2″ higher than the bolt holes for the lower mounting brackets that fasten to the engine block. Now I either have to fabricate new lower mounting brackets or weld the cat flange to the existing brackets. Poor form Walker, poor form.
