I had it installed by a local shop.. It is hard to get to and requires a few parts to be removed.

Chosen over the much more expensive brands like NTK And Denso works beautifully on my 2010 Honda Accord coupe 3.5 V6 which had developed the dreaded P0420 and P0430 codes it was not the catalytic converter instead it was the 02 sensors suffering from O2 poisoning one on bank 2 in front of engine bottom had also developed a low voltage fault this walker replaced it with no issues and is working perfectly I highly recommend it for your Honda especially

Used a Denso O2 sensor for a Honda Accord with a new catalytic converter. After 5 months the Denso failed electrically confirmed by a scanner. Installed this one and it worked properly. It’s been working for a month now so time will tell longevity.
