- Walker Products Mass Airflow ( MAF ) sensor measures the amount of air by weight through changing voltages or frequencies
- MAF Sensor sends information collected to the onboard computer
- The computer uses this and other inputs to calculate the correct amount of fuel delivered
- Symptoms of failure MAF include poor starting, engine surging, engine stalling, a check engine light, and no-start conditions. Sensors are non-serviceable, replace sensors that are non-functional
- Fit type: Vehicle Specific

Richard’s wish –
Easy and quick install. Engine runs smooth!
DB –
Was not compatible with Ford Explorer 2013, I tried resetting the ECM and relearning idle 3 times. Very rough idle, throwing codes for low oil pressure and terrain mode error, sometimes it wouldn’t start at all. Put the old one back in and it works fine now. Unit looks scratched and came in a bag that looked like a cat chewed on it… 😳
S. Cleveland –
Fit right in place and took care of the problem. I had tried cleaning the old one, but that did not work and this one did.
Marty G. –
Had an engine code P0171 (most common code for these vehicles), meaning lean mixture, rough idle, bad mileage, hesitation at mid throttle, but ran fine at full throttle. Replaced the MAS and ran some Berryman’s in the gas, engine runs perfect, engine light went away
David Daggitt –
Drop in replacement fit perfect
D. Schubert –
Do yourself a favor and stick to OEM. This part is just more junk… quit after just 11 days.

Solo me duro una semana, no lo recomiendo, termine comprando uno en AutoZone de la marca Duralast y funciono mejor.
Este sensor MAF me apagaba el mustang, no lo recomiendo.
David B Helmuth –
Exactly what I needed.
Thank you.

I was having fuel system problems with ALL the trimmings!! The CVPI is a GREAT Car;but being a former Police Interceptor with all the extra requirements that go along with Duties and Equipment to do so,EVERYTHING IS BASICALLY WIRED INTO EVERYTHING ELSE in the engine compartment!! I was getting codes for bad sensor, connector, and fuel-so determining which one it was,was challenging to say the least-especially when I am NOT a Mechanic,I am a Stereo Guy!! Needless to say, after changing the Sensor, replacing the connector(which is posted in another review!!),and adding some Sea Foam Fuel System Cleaner-my Baby RUNS LIKE A SCALDED DOG once again!! I had to replace the connector with a used one from a Friends Junk Yard, and that corrected the connector problem…
