Luckily I hadn’t removed the old pipe before trying to install the new one. These 11 mm diameter bolts don’t fit through the 10 mm holes of the 52488 pipe. Not cool, guys, not cool. “Designed to work seamlessly with OE and Walker aftermarket replacement parts”??! – HA! Ran to to Home Depot, got some 3/8″ Grade 8 bolts (which are better) and didn’t spend as much.

I used these to attached my new high flow mid pipes to a new catback and they worked perfectly. They held up to torque and I had to remove them a few times to fix issues with my exhaust and they held up.

These bolts/nuts worked perfectly on my 1991 Civic Dx Hatchback. Used with the Bosal exhaust components everything matched up great.

The bolts worked perfectly for a new walker muffler and tailpipe I bought to replace units that had rusted to unrecognizable lumps of metal on my 2002 4Runner. They’re of solid construction and didn’t feel squishy at all as I torqued them down with my box wrenches.
The only ding on them is that the ones I received are not black, as pictured, but the standard sort of steel. That’s not a big deal in this case; since they’re going under the vehicle they could be neon pink for all I care. But I am a bit of a stickler for product pictures depicting exactly the product I’m buying.
