Pump went out after using for 2 days it leaned the motor out so bad it burnt a piston cost me a motor do not buy this pump pay the money and buy Oem!

Like many other users, I only got a dozen or so hours out of this pump before it shot craps. Spend the extra $$

Installed July 2018, pump had intermittent failure leaving me stranded in the water twice until I was able to properly diagnose….. basically catch it when it was not working. seafarermarinesupply.com/service-%2F-parts-bulletins. Second and finial time was on July 4th 2019 holiday forceing me had to travel 80miles to local Volvo dealer and pay the $399.00 for a pump that actually worked consistently. Should have “paid the man” the first time but life is full of lessons that’s for sure.
