The wire has a loose fit in the housing, so it will allow water to enter. Would work OK for interior lighting, but not for turnsignals, license plate, etc. The sealing and wire gauge is lower quality than another set I bought, so there are being returned.

This is the best way to convert classic car dash lighting to more modern wedge base bulbs. Better and more reliable LEDs, nice snug fit in I strummer clusters.

It is cheaply made and all 10 have mis-aligning sockets. Initially one of T10 bulb would fit into the socket. Tried sing a small screw driver to adjust the angle of the socket contacts at the bottom of the holder so the T10 bulb can fit correctly. Ruined one of the bulbs and one holder when tried to insert the bulb into the socket. Other problem is that once you insert the bulb into the socket, it is very difficult to take it out.
The body of the holders are made of soft rubbery materials that make it difficult to properly insert the bulb.
Don’t waste your time and money. I do not recommend these light bulb sockets at all.

They did take a little playing with, but that should be expected for the qty/price they are being offered at. Also, if you can’t see what needs to be done to get these to work perfectly, then I kind of wonder if you should be messing with them at all 🙂
