I bought one like this at Wal Mart several years ago, and it finally went to its reward. They no longer carry this model, found it on Amazon and ordered it. There has been an improvement since my last one: there is a shut-off control right on the handle. This brush is great, not only for washing cars, but for washing vinyl shower curtains. Lay them on the patio, wash, rinse with anything you use in your dishwasher to prevent hard water spots, and you can clean those shower curtains in a jiffy. A great buy!

It’s ok. I wish you could tighten the handle so it doesn’t spin. It makes it tough to wash fast and go around curves and such. I actually don’t attach the hose to it. Just waste water.

The aluminum shaft broke inside brush handle after about 5 uses which cannot be repaired. Checking the thickness of the aluminum shaft/pipe I found it to be at around 1/32 inch thick… no wonder it broke. I can give a credit to this product that it did not brake at the first use!- Thanks! I am curious, where the word “deluxe” (!!!) in its name came from? It is a cheap piece of junk being made in (guess where…). It could be OK for someone who feels normal to pay around $20 for about 5 uses ($4 per car wash- that is still cheaper than at a car-wash place), but it is not OK for me though. My recommendation- stay away from this junky product.

I love the idea but this is junk. I read the reviews warning about the threads and cracking and leaking. I thought I would outsmart it and bought a brass shut off to install once and then not deal with the plastic threads. Well the threads were so bad I couldn’t get it started successfully. When I thought I had it, I tightened and heard the plastic crack. I know it will be a leaker. I might use it as a brush without attaching the hose. If someone made a durable one and charged more, I would be interested.

I didn’t use the flow through feature because the water hose is heavy on the end of the unit, but as a car washer, this work wonderful , longer reach, big wide brush, the brush is not super soft but will do the job quickly which is what I looking for, would not recomend for exotic car or special paint job, but for regular family car wash, will do the job in a hurry.

Just what I expected. Quick delivery as well. The brush is large and soft enough to quickly get the car clean faster than a regular sponge. The hose fits in the base to give an optional flow which is perfect for what we needed

Great brush for the price. I’d say get some Teflon tape for the hose connection and you should be all good. It won’t stand up to heavy abuse, and I’m not about to drop the thing, but it works well, and doesn’t really flex or bend even when fully extended. Get yourself a good bucket big enough to dunk it in though, because the flowing water will loose soap quickly.

Good product. It does what it’s supposed to do and saves time as opposed to washing the car with a sponge and a bucket. I would recommend this to friends.
