Very large and seemingly quality build. The bluetooth functionality is a nice feature. I’m using this to charge a 24v lifepo4 setup. So far, seems to be working out nicely. The real test will be the longevity of the batteries. If my lifepo4 stay healthy, this one’s a winner.

I have an other Victron products and this comes as no surprise to how it works. pretty much self-aware I terms of settings and the Bluetooth / phone app is excellent. charged a 24v 230ah battery. Took many hours, but it’s easy and it works reliably.

I got the 5 Amp version, but in future I may get the 8A version and use this one for my truck. It is now used to ensure that a pair of 115AH deep cycle solar system batteries are adequately charged on cloudy (or for those on the West Coast in 2020, very SMOKE filled) days. So far it’s doing its job well and thus extending the life of my two AGM batteries! Nice to get the battery charge data as a visual display on my iPhone or iPad.
A note on this review’s online structure; I.e., the “Rate Features” that were requested by Amazon for this product: why would one rate this this type of electrical device for “Warmth” or “Thickness”? Need some editing here by the Amazon product review design team! I would have entered NA (Not applicable), but only option was to select “not rated” 🙁

Good 24v charger, victron app is pretty great, bit pricy but seemingly all of the descent 24v chargers are.

I installed this 24v charger permanently inside my case 621e wheel loader left side battery compartment. I drilled a whole and installed a NOCO plug in port for my extension cord to plug into. I only use my machine to plow snow in the winter and this will help maintain the 2 big batteries over the 9 month the machine just sits. Hook positive to the second battery, and the negative to a ground on the machine. Make sure to check with a multimeter that you have 24v at the locations your going to install the connectors to before installing. Because the battery compartment lid is bolted down is not easy to check the charger…the blue tooth feature allows me to monitor without opening the compartments or needing to check with a multimeter. So much peice of mind. If anyone leaves the lights on, you have to disassemble most of the engine body panels to get to the bolts to be able to charge the batteries. Now I would only have to plug in and wait.
