This carbon-activated filter should work just fine.
I often use Mann filters, as they are what I’ve found to be closest to OEM specs. This filter is just a little bit longer, but also just a bit less wide than the Mann filter. In each case, the difference is less than an eighth of an inch, do I don’t think it will pose any real-world problem.
If it does, I’ll come back to update my review.

Terrible filter and a waste of money. It fits, but you’re almost better off with nothing. I had used OEM filters in the past without any issues – car always smelled great. Put this new filter in for the first time and my car smells worse than when the old used filter was installed. The air smells musty and the smell of car exhaust on the road comes right through as if the windows were open. I haven’t even had the filter installed for more than 2 weeks and I can no longer stand it. It’s junk, and I’ll be replacing with an OEM filter asap. Don’t try to save a few bucks on this – just buy the real deal instead.

I installed the VEPAGOO Cabin Air Filter in my VW Jetta, and it’s been working great so far.
