Got it today very disappointing item, to start of the cord is way to short want stay plug in when using, the start button sticks or it want turn off , very very disappointing product.
I would not get one of these buffers .

Good quality for the price. The only complaint is that the power cord is too short.
Just one tip on polishing. Do not apply force when polishing, as said on the manual/instruction, let the polishing compound do the job, otherwise may damage the paint or surface by the over heat or the force.

I’ve used this buffer on all three of my vehicles, it’s lightweight and easy to handle and makes the semiannual polishing go much more quickly.

This little guy does good work. Fits your palm nicely and works smoothly. Have used it on both countertops and automobiles thus far. I would recommend it. Previously used an 11 inch buffer which required two hands, but could no longer find pads. Seems relatively well made for a good price.

I recently purchased a “Classic Vehicle”. Now buying sight unseen, from an Auction house, the Seller openly stated, “Although the paint is 37 years old, it has some Shopping Centre, marks and scrapes, which SHOULD Buff right out” !!! Now I have used your standard type buffs before (not very well, though), and was concerned about Swirl-marks / Burning the Paint / taking the fine edges off, or just generally making a mess of the job. So I turned to “YouTube” for hints on “How to use a Buff”. It was there I was introduced to these NEW style, “Random Orbital Buffs”!!! The advantage of these machines is their light-weight / easy to use / and the ‘Random Pattern’ helps keep the paint cool, and used with a “MicroFibre” or “Waffle Pad” Cover, all my above concerns were near impossible to perform, thusmaking the Machine “Idiot-Proof”. SO I purchased one. NOW, I have to say – used in conjunction with a QUALITY POLISH = [ASIN:B004EB12FS Meguiar’s G3300 Brilliant Solutions Paint Restoration Kit] = the RESULTS WILL ABSOLUTELY AMAZE YOU !!! See for yourself !!! It came out “Gangster” HIGHLY RECOMMEND – Spent a few bucks here = waaay better than a new Paint job cost !!!
P.S. I now have all my mates lining up for their cars to be done – the purchase created an instant business = Gotta be Wicked, Hey ???
P.S.S. The satisfaction of reviving the paint yourself is also very, VERY COOL + it added $k’s to the value of my new ‘toy’. LURV IT !!!

Buffer seemed like a good value, but when I received and tuned it on it came apart with little or no pressure on the pad to buff. May just not be assembled but and requesting a refund due to poor quality of tool. Unfortunate.
