I do not recommend this device. It will only provide power to both the USB-A and USB-C ports if a device is plugged into the USB-A first. If a device is plugged into USB-C first and then a second is plugged into the the USB-A port, the USB-A port WILL NOT CHARGE only the USB-C port will have power.

Did not verify if they are actually PD 3.0 and QC 3.0, but the USB-C charges my iPhone rather quickly. Both USB plugs can be used at the same time. The TR receptacles are very tight making it difficult to plug/unplug.

Outlet was easy to install. I replaced an outlet with 2 standard USB charging ports with this one and the USB-C PD port works fine, however the USB A port always requires me to remove the usb-c cable and replace it before the A port will send out a charge.

I had a little problem with the depth of the wall box that existed. In is installed at the end of the kitchen island and was only 2″ deep, one I figure out that the wires needed to go with a 90 degree bend, I was able to install them.
It is capable of charging the iphone 12 pro at fast charge and also it can charge the Samsumg tablet in the fast mode that usually needs the factory charger
Best of all, kids can not take it out like they did with the cubes. I even used a cable tight to keep them from taking the cables

I bought this expecting to upgrade an older outlet I bought a few years back with faster charging speed.
1.) USB C when connected to my phone will say “fast charge”, but the time for full charge is no different then using the USB A (which does not show “fast charge” on my phone.
2.) See attached photos: The product on Amazon says it will support up to 38w when both are in use. This is not true!!! The 1 page manual that came with the outlet clearly states that there is a 20w max when both are in use.
I bought two. I will be returning the one I didn’t install and continue to search for something better

I needed a USB 3.1 plug for my phone and tablet. got tired of the wall plug adapter. Now I just plug the wire in and off I go, and I still have the wall outlet for other things. NICE
