Did deliver consistent power for my needs. The power was pulsating. I thought having a USB C connector would give me more options when a power source is needed. I still needed the cigarette adapter portion so i had to splice it and I connected it to a 12v adapter. That worked, but there are cheaper options for such a solution. For what it was advertised for, it failed.
