The product works very well.
The injectors do fit without leaks ( could add new seals for them)
A little bit rough on the outside ( small damages)
Screws for the high side of the Wrangler JK intake are way to short, had to order new ones ( M5, 13cm long) from Germany.
Combined this with the aluminium oil cooler.
So far everything works perfect.
Happy the plastic junk is gone, this is expensive with bolts, o- rings and other extra costs , but if it works its worth it.
So far i driven for 3 hours and been pushing her hard, so far so good 😊👍
Now driven the car very hard, everything still works and no leaks. 😊👍
Still waiting for my 20% refund upon arrival because of the huge delay, how is this going Amazon???

Do NOT buy this for a Jeep Wrangler with a 3.6L Pentastar unless you also intend on trying to find 3 of the elusive 130mm M5-0.8 bolts you will need to install the upper manifold drivers side. The short bolts that come with this purchase only work for the 3 bolts on the drivers side.
Because the right bolt size does not come with this purchase, a job that would have only taken me a few hours will not be completed until the correct length bolts I’ve ordered is delivered; estimated 4 days with Amazon Prime.

It’s the much better replacement for an OE plastic lower intake manifold. 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan.

Ordered this part and it was well built. It came with all new bolts and gaskets. The problem with my application, = 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 3.6L engine, is that the long bolts for the upper intake were not included. The old bolts were 135mm long and were self-tapping to screw into the old plastic lower manifold. The new manifold had machined holes for a 5mm x 0.8 thread. Old bolts won’t work. Still trying to figure out what to do. I can’t find 5mm x 135mm bolts anywhere. My old lower manifold is broken, and I will probably have to go back to the old plastic style manifold.
If someone has any suggestions, I would be happy to hear it.

Everything is great until you get to the upper intake manifold and bolting it down. I have had 2 of the bolt break while tightening down and are too big for the holes. Serious poor quality.

Fits perfectly and the seals are good. But the upper intake manifold needs different bolts too to tie into the aftermarket lower manifold. You will need M5 0.8 133-135 mm (x3) and M5 0.8 60-70mm (x3) bolts to lock it down. Ended up Frankenstein’ing bolts as a temp fix. Lock washers should help and last resort is BLUE threadlocker (not red!!!).

I was amazed that I was looking for a replacement for my van and I see this one and I didn’t hesitate to buy it is a must do upgrade and get rid of that plastic part that usually if you are not careful u can ruin the threads it comes with set of gaskets and bolts the only thing that I think is didn’t come with the fuel rail bolts but is ok 4 $ at auto parts store and you are all set strongly recommend that also replace oil filter housing assembly with a aluminum one reminder use good quality set of gaskets

Garbage waste of money horribly made hardware supplied is garbage and bolt holes on upper manifold are far too small to fit oem hardware so u have too use the ones that came with it and then u can’t even torque em properly

While this lower manifold is obviously stronger than the standard one, the bolts supplied were wrong.
The lower mounting bolts are correct.
The fuel rail bolts aren’t long enough.
The bolts to bolt the top manifold to the bottom manifold- 4 smaller ones are correct, but they supply all the same length when in fact you need 3 extra 5mm dia bolts that are 135mm long.
So just beware when you buy, if fitting the standard top half of the manifold you will need to also purchase 3x 5mm metric thread bolts 135mm long. And 4x 5mm metric thread X40mm long bolts.
