The throttle controller, made in India, arrived well-packaged. However, at first glance, the quality felt subpar, with a lack of attention to detail. The printing on the part was off-center and unclear right out of the box. For comparison, I included a photo of the original John Deere part, which still has sharp markings even after heavy use.
Unfortunately, the product didn’t come with instructions, which would have been helpful since I wasn’t sure how to replace the part. Thankfully, a quick search on YouTube solved that problem.
On the positive side, the size and functionality of the throttle have worked well so far. However, it’s important to note that this is not comparable to an original John Deere part in terms of quality or finish. I’m hopeful it will hold up over time, but temper your expectations if you’re accustomed to OEM parts.

Looks exaclty like the part on our D140. The orange throttle handle broke off (old plastic) and this part was comparable to OEM. We will see how it holds up over time.
