Using this on my foxbody with 13 lbs boost and qorks great. Quality is very good

It’s nice and all but has the wrong size hole for my boost pressure sensor on a 2001 golf gti. The hole is about half as big as it needs to be. Mounting tabs seem to line up but I’m not mounting until I come up with a solution for that sensor that doesn’t fit their hole.

I have had this Intercooler in my Jetta 2.0 TDI for over 4 months now and its working perfectly. No more low boost pressure code. Install takes a bit of time but pretty straight forward. Go to to YouTube university to learn how to replace.

I used this to recover heat from the exhaust pipe on my Vevor 8Kw diesel heater.
I put a 12V 10″ radiator cooling fan on it and mounted in an enclosure.
It preheats the air into the diesel heater. The exhaust air temp entering
is 450 def F and exits at ambient temperature. Very happy !!!
