I installed this a few months ago, after the OEM unit finally gave up the smoke. Other than road grime on the old one, I couldn’t really tell them apart. Much better than buying the more expensive replacements for the same performance, and even if I have to replace this one prematurely I’ll still be money ahead. I couldn’t believe the price of some brands of starters, a lot to put into a car with 160k miles.

Not sure if this is a rebuilt unit or not, but no matter. Item appeared to be new, also comes with document depicting the test torque curve. I was pretty impressed. I’ve had it in my 2007 Equinox now for exactly a week, works perfectly.

The starter is working fine now that I received it. I ordered with same day shipping, part did not arrive that day, or the next. Amazon told me I had to wait 3 days after scheduled delivery date to reorder. Had to cancel the order on day 4 and reorder. This time 2 day shipping. Did not arrive on day 2. Called Amazon and was told to wait 3 more days, Frustrated at this I ordered 1 more time without canceling the other order. Part arrived on day4 of second order. 3rd order was canceled by seller before 2nd order arrived.
All in all part is good so far. No complaints about part itself.
