Item came quickly, was obviously new, and quickly replaced my worn out started on my 2010 JK. Easy to do – 2 main bolts and 2 wires.

So far so good. Installed it in my 2008 wrangler jk with the 3.8. Works like a charm, been a week now.
Edit: it’s over a year old now still working great!

Starter was faulty, after a few weeks randomly starter would take several try’s to engage. I has left me stranded up to an hour trying to start the Jeep. Good thing I have a duel battery setup.

I ordered a starter but received an alternator…I could have understood receiving the wrong starter but an alternator?
That said, they made it as easy as possible to return. I simply dropped it at a UPS store, they handled the rest.
The replacement starter fit perfectly and works well. I would have given 5 stars based on the starter quality, so far, but the delay receiving the starter required me to find transportation for two additional days.
