I’ve tried a lot of trim restorers over the years, but Turtle Wax Graphene Trim Restorer is on a whole different level. It brought my faded plastic and rubber trim back to a deep, rich black and gave it a slick, almost factory-new look. What impressed me most was the durability—after a few weeks of sun and rain, the trim still looks freshly treated. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and a small amount goes a long way. Highly recommend for anyone looking to revive and protect their exterior trim with minimal effort!

I absolutely cannot say enough about Turtle Wax ceramic wax. If you search on youtube for that product you will find some objective tests that will show beyond a doubt that the ceramic spray wax is amzing.
So, when I saw this product I had to give it a try. I have an FJ Cruiser with a lot of black plastic. I have used other products and they are good but only last a month or so. I bought this and applied it as directed and honestly it lasted over one year in the worst winter conditions. Pretty much the same results as the ceramic spray wax. One bottle was more than enough to do my FJ as well as a friend’s jeep. The only mistake I made was not taping off the paitned areas and not wearing gloves. The prodcut comes off the painted areas (if they are waxed!) with some effort. The hands – another story – lots of goop and pumice. IT was like a ceramic shell of black encasing my hands!
The trim restorer is AMAZING – would recommend to anyone who has a lot of black trim to keep protected.

Hiper recomendable, buenísimo, tiene tinta negra y por lo tanto restaura super bien. Les recomiendo poner alrededor cinta adhesiva Para no manchar y usen guantes

If you are looking for a quick wipe and walk away product, this is not it. If you are looking for a long lasting protectant that is going to make your trim look better than new, have the patience and willingness to go the extra mile in application, this is an outstanding product. I would rate it a 5 if only basing it on the end result of a patient application. I downgraded it to a 4 based upon what really needs to happen with the application. First off, clean and prep the trim. After a normal car wash, I went over all of my trim with a foaming tire cleaner (Hyper Foam Wheel Cleaner & Tire Prep) and a tire scrub brush. This was rinsed and followed by wiping the trim down with a Panel Prep (IPA type) spray. Once the panel prep had evaporated, the trim was ready for the application of the product. WEAR GLOVES. This is not a clear liquid, it’s more of a creamy dye that will stain whatever it touches, hands, clothing, etc… Using a foam applicator or foam paint brush (I used both, the brush for tight areas where I needed more control). Apply a layer of the product… and yes, one layer may look streaky but don’t sweat it. Use a circular motion with your foam applicator whenever possible. Apply to a section of the trim then immediately level with a microfiber cloth. Continue the first pass over all trim on the car using this process. All told, it took three total passes of all trim using this process to get uniform solid coverage but man, it looks great when finished. Better than new. It’s been on my Jeep for two months thus far and, with routine maintenance washes, it looks like I applied it yesterday.

Restored trim on my 2003 Honda CRV, but the tip came broken. Leaking everywhere. Wanted something new not broken.

THIS PRODUCT DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!
Horrible product. I don’t understand how anybody can give this a good review. Followed directions EXACTLY. Not only did it NOT perform… it absolutely RUINED my vehicle. It rubbed off the coating on the side window B-pillar plastic trim of my vehicle.
If you look at the instructions it says you need to wipe off any product that you accidentally treat IMMEDIATELY. Why immediately? Because when this thing dries, it dries like an elastic coat of paint. And if you are performing the “back & forth” motions (per instructions) to even it out and its starting to dry… it actually PULLS OFF your plastic’s coating. The thing is… you won’t know it’s pulling it off because it’s still “shiny” and looks wet… until you look at it from a different angle and realize it. And no, I wasn’t “rubbing hard”… just literally smoothing it like you would on just about every other black plastic trim restorer out there.

Used this on my 2007 Jeep liberty, good product for price, better then the wipes. A bit messy, so use gloves..!!!! Be as careful as can and clean up on surfaces with alcohol asap, harder to get off when dry. Took 2 coats to get my desired black level. Recommend applying even and circular to avoid swirl look. I buffed mine in when dry with alcohol mixed with baby oil to blend. Hope this helps!
