This is just right it worked to fix my issue. But it is a little smaller than the original for a 2008 Expedition. The after performance is a little less than the original but the truck still performs as expected.

bought for my 2004 Toyota Camry LE, 2.4 L. My Camry is California emissions, even though I don’t live in California, I bought the car used and apparently it came from California at some point. Anyway, this intake will not fit your vehicle if it has California emissions, so check your vehicle decal under the hood to make sure that it’s not CA emissions. Amazon refunded my money when I informed them of this problem.

This intake is garbage. The identical item from TRQ is sold on 1AAuto. Read the review there -I had the exact same problem. This is not a single plastic cast piece. The runners on the inside of the intake are separately cast and then plastic welded in place. The weld points inside are a failure point. One or more WILL fail and while the car will run, there will be a noticeable rattle sound that one may mistake for something internal to the engine. The OEM intake is no longer in production but get a good working one at a junkyard and save yourself the nightmare of this aftermarket intake.

This was a good replacement for my original intake that was getting a bit questionable after 230,000 miles on my Silverado 2500 HD with the LQ4. There are a few ways this is different: it uses a modified gasket arrangement which seems perfectly effective, it has a reinforced construction giving it a slightly different appearance, and all the thread inserts from your original are replaced with self tapping screws.
Typically I would say self tappers are a downgrade, but they actually seem to be a lot more effective and they eliminate the problem you have when the thread insert breaks free. The instructions are more of a checklist than instructions, and you do have to relocate the map sensor, but if you can’t follow them, you shouldn’t be doing this job yourself anyway.
After install, everything works as normal, though it does change the engine sound inside the cab a bit. The new version transmits slightly more rocker arm noise at idle if your hearing is really good, which I suspect is due to the lack of foam inserts that were present on the original intake. It’s barely noticeable, so not bad enough to knock off a star.

Ford 4.6L owners!! Read this!
If you’re going to do this job, there are a few things to consider. First, the TRQ rubber coolant by pass cap (the rubber cap located on the rear passenger side of the manifold) is JUNK! It’s molded with a seam which will rupture and cause a leak shortly after you install the manifold. They sell better coolant bypass caps at AutoZone. Attach a replacement cap to the manifold with a HOSE CLAMP, not the friction clamp provided with the manifold. Second, this manifold does not require a separate manifold gasket. It has a rubber gasket attached to the bottom of the manifold. Plug all of the intake ports with paper towels, clean the mating surface thoroughly and then install the manifold. Third, if your manifold needs to be replaced, your water pump likely does too. To do the manifold job you will have the serpentine belt and alternator out anyway. It’s easy access to the water pump from here, take an extra 20 min and replace the water pump. It will save you time down the road. Lastly, TRQ has a great step by step video on how to install this manifold on YouTube. The video is for a Crown Vic but seems to apply to most 4.6L engines. Look up the video and follow it step by step. It will make your life easy!!
I compared this manifold to a NAPA version. They were nearly identical, but for half the price. The NAPA version also had the same coolant bypass cap.
I gave this product 4 stars for the faulty coolant bypass cap. If it wasn’t for the cheap cap springing a leak after install, I would give it 5 stars!
