Excellent. Good alternative to OEM

Fit, form, and basic function are as advertised and expected from Trico. There has been no chatter they are clearing the windshield equally well in light mist to a full rain. Glass cleaning and bug removal with the washer is really good as the entire blade contacts the glass even with the lesser amount of fluid.
Used as an upgrade on a 2015 Chev Equinox, the high speed aerofoil design was not expected as necessary but it worked well when caught in a recent severe storm. Waves of heavy wind driven rain caused the blades to wiggle but not lift
The plastic package is easy to open but the blades, extra parts, and instructions can (and do) drop out of the pack.
The model is a universal package or kit so change out parts were included for installing on all common types of arm assemblies. Installation was easy taking only a couple of minutes per side but this is where some asthetics in design could go a long way.
To be for universal fit, Trico has designed a quick change connector that is quite large with lots of open holes and voids. If you are changing from OEM blades that may be neatly connected, you will not get that from these. Being the beam blade style, there must be some extra structure to make a solid connection to the arm but Trico’s are huge and not streamlined. The arm locks to the blade without additional clips so no finish cover is provided leaving the large connector frame open and unsightly compared to the sleek blade. Although the blades are claimed to be all weather, the connector looks like a good place for ice and snow to collect. Don’t know about that yet.
Buy again? Maybe. It is a great product except for the open frame universal connector design.

Bought this in winter for my Malibu and has worked great till this day. Leaves no streaks. First, went to Canadian Tire but with no exception all blades were made in China. This one is made in North America and does a great job!

Nice, smooth, virtually silent, and looking great.
The installation instructions are pictorial, but can be puzzling if you need to swap hook-up plastic bits. For my hook wiper arms, the wipers came all set, so it took mere seconds to replace the old ones.
Tip: when you remove the old wiper, make sure the wiper arm can’t come down crashing onto the windshield or even rest on it directly: it may crack or scratch it. Just put something (anything) onto the windshield right where the arm would touch.
And if your installation calls for swapping attachment bits, there are numerous YouTube videos, so check them out. Overall, nice wiper, easy to install (at least with my wiper arms), and it seems to work very well.

I ordered a set of these in March 2012 and they’ve been great for the past three years. I initially chose them because they were one of the few wiper blades that had range that went all the way from 14″ to 28″ so I could get a matching set for my Fit. When they arrived, they snapped on in seconds and they’ve been securely attached ever since.
I live in the DC region, so they have endured heat, ice, and snow every year. I also tend to abuse my wiper blades a bit. I always let them freeze to the windshield, and I always use them to scrape the ice off of it. Despite all of that though, I got three years out of them. They were great, but when I finally wore the rubber blades off of them, I made the mistake of trying a different product. I went with the Valeo 600 series wiper blades because of the positive reviews I found online, but when they arrived, they didn’t fit on my Fit. The “universal” connector was not compatible, and no additional adapters were included. I emailed support and followed up with a call because other Fit owners said they were mailed replacement adapters. Valeo support was useless and recommended that I return them. So, I did, and I ordered another set of these instead!
As soon as they arrived, I was immediately satisfied with my decision. It started with the packaging. The Valeo 600 series shipped in an annoying blister pack, and the wiper had torn through the plastic and was protruding from one end. The Tricos came in a plastic package wrapped in a cardboard label that slipped off. With the cardboard label slipped off, the package swung open, and the blade came out with ease. I compared the new set to the ones I ordered three years ago and the design look unchanged. They went on just as effortlessly as the three year old set came off. They included an additional adapter for attaching to other style wiper arms, but it wasn’t necessary for my Fit. Now that they’re installed, they look great and work great! I’m looking forward to getting three more years out of this new set! Next time I need to replace them, I won’t make the mistake of trying another brand again.

Fine Quality / Slightly Expensive for a Wiper blade

These wipers lasted three years on an SUV that sits outside all year.

I typically only buy Bosch wiper blades as I have found them to be the best on the market. I decided to give these a try this time since the price was right ($10 cheaper per blade than the box store). So far I am very impressed. Installation on my GMC Terrain was painless, and I find these blades perform better at highway speeds than the Bosch ones did. Depending how long they last I may just have to buy them again in the future!
My only complaint is with the shipping. I ordered the driver and passenger side at the same time, however they were shipped separately from the same location and arrived a day apart. Poor logistics on Amazon’s part.

What a surprise to open the box and find these. They are not what I expected. From the pictures on Amazon, I really could not have imagined what they look like. The difference between what I had on my car and these leave such a gap in likeness.
These wipers are extremely well-made and strong. Before even installing them, just holding them in your hand, you know that they will adhere to your windshield, conforming to its actual shape–not sticking up anywhere–like some do on the ends. They will be able to deal with not only rain, but downpours. They will obviously deal with snow too, although that remains to be seen.
My car called for two different sizes: 22″ on the driver’s side and 21″ on the passenger side. So, I had to order the 21″ separately, as you can see: Trico 25-210 Force High Performance Beam Blade – 21″. Only after installing them and looking at the tolerances, did I realize how well these were designed for my car.
These are very quiet. The wipers obviously just sweep the windshield clean as they pass over it, kind of like those nice squeegees you see the window washers use. Quite a noticeable difference from the old ones.
The installation is a bit tricky. They come with a kit that can accommodate at least a half-dozen models of wipers. They come with two different mounts that can snap onto the wiper and have what I will call inter-lockable parts. I had to do a little investigation to see what parts of the package I needed to use or eliminate for installation on my STS. I had to remove one or two parts from one mount and completely ignore another that was supplied. It took about 5 minutes to make all of this happen. I did not find the instructions helpful at all. All-in-all, I completed the installation on both sides in about 10 minutes.
Only when I took off the old wipers, did I realize how bad, no horrible, they were. I am glad I have these on now. As far as these are concerned, I feel comfortable able what old man winter can bring.
