Descrição do Produto: TRIAX Euro VX 5W-40 Full Synthetic

Got this for my 2015 BMW X5 diesel engine. I usually use only liquid Molly from Germany. Decided to give this brand a try. Haven’t had any issues since changing the oil. This is a good price for this oil. I think I will switch between liquid Molly and this every other oil change to save some money. I definitely recommend this oil.

I have been sold on synthetic oils for over thirty years. Back in the day, a good friend of mine had owners circle passes from Audi to the Trans-am race in Brainerd. This was 1988, when Audi was dominating the field. Anyway, I was a major motor-head at the time and got into a discussion with the pit boss about engine oil. I listened in rapt attention as he extolled the virtues of synthetic motor oil. Ever since then, I have always depended on synthetic oil and it has never let me down.
Even though the label says “Diesel”, the manufacturer, Triax, has stated on their website “It is also recommended for gasoline vehicles requiring a 5W-40 viscosity engine oil.” which is also buried in the Amazon listing as well.
The 1 quart size is great for keeping in the vehicle for those times when you are a little low on a road trip and don’t want to settle for the crap oil they sell at the gas station.
All-in-all, I think this is a good, high quality oil for engine fluid connoisseurs. I would totally recommend.

We are running this oil through a 2007 diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have been using synthetic for several years and thought we would give this brand a try. So far, the Jeep is running as normal- which is a good thing. We will update once we change out the oil and see how it looks.

I tried on my 2022 ram, 2021 challenger, & 2008 crossfire. Complete difference. Engines are quiet, no more “hemi-tick”, no more oil turns black after a few hundred miles. Other brands are starting to promote similar product, but I am staying with triax. Fewer oil vapors from egr system on my challenger. I use an oil catch can, and after 5200 miles, still no residue. Using the pen soil platinum, I would always have 1/4 of catch can full within 3k miles.

This oil seems to work anywhere a 5W-40 synthetic oil is recommended. Although difficult to evaluate fully with just one quart, it works well in some of my smaller motors, and so far, there are no problems. I did not test it in my car since I would have had to mix it with a different brand of oil, and that is never a good idea. It does not seem to break down any differently from other brands of oil when used in smaller engines that have high run times in dusty conditions. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there was quite a bit of leakage inside the package, which made a mess. I would get this again.

I received only one quart. I distributed in two of my cars. I keep track. My BMW needs a half quart every 3-4 months. There is no change in the performance of either of them, and no change was expected. The description of the oil provides a review of its superior performance properties. It would be an exceptional product if the claims are true. There is no way to verify any of them with one quart added to existing synthetic oil. However, it may be worth a try at the next full oil change. The price is a little higher than usual, but not prohibitive.

This full synthetic 5W-40 extended life oil is made in the US, and sports DPF/SCR/EGR protection for 25,000miles or 2years. This is suitable for your vehicle whether or not you have DPF/SCR (diesel particulate filter/selective catalytic reduction) diesel emission system installed. The 5W(winter) aspect of this oil outperforms most 0W alternatives and can perform down to -45F. I still have a few months to go till I can see the performance of this in winter conditions, and we only get to -10F occasionally in my area. This oil should easily protect my vehicle through our frigid winter conditions and continue to protect it in hotter weather under greater levels of thermal stress. This is a high-quality formulation with excess of double the life of general OEM oils, and considerably more reductions in deposits.
