Does not fit. It says it will fit, buuuuuut guess what? Doesn’t fit. Trust me if its a 2002 Ford Explorer, it will not fit in your transmission fill hole.

Bought this for the Ford 5r55e transmission. Screwed in as expected and worked well for filling the transmission after we changed the fluid in it. Not the most convenient way to fill a transmission, but the self-leveling is pretty handy.

It fits my 2006 Ford Explorer perfectly. It’s plastic, so I’m guessing its good for occasional use.

Appeared to work well, but did not use because I filled the transmission though the fill plug instead of through the drain plug. Transmission is a 5R55E in a 2002 Thunderbird
