My main concern purchasing this kit was the machining quality of the threads as i didnt want to damage the threads on the transmission! I only used the 106 adapter so far, to change the ATF fluid on a 2006 Audi A3 DSG transmission, and it threaded up smoothly, completley and the O ring sealed properly with no leaks. The adapter made the awkward job of filling the transmission through the drain plug hole efficient and relatively easy – for an Audi. Just make sure you reinstall the plastic tube/ snorkle before installing the adapter to fill it, or all that expensive ATF is going to drain out when you try to remove the adapter. Look up the leveling procedure online before you start!

It’s a set of adapters for various automotive transmission/differential (driveline) fluids where there is no other way to get fluid it other than pumping it through the appropriate fill hole (e.g. no filler cap like oil or dispstick tube on older auto transmissions).
For less than what you’d typically pay for just one of these fittings, you’re getting a set of FIVE of them–the universal angled “hook” one and then four threaded ones. The thread sizes are all mentioned here so other than the applications listed, you would need to compare against your fill plug thread to see if they will work for you.
I actually have two of the same-end adapters this kit has already, but I needed one with an M10 x 1.0 to match the fill ports on my diffs… The “ATF105” in this kit was exactly the ticket. For the price of just getting that one piece just picked up this whole set on Amazon and had it the next day.
The one caveat on these is to use them easily you need a driveline pump with a hose that ends in the same type of “quick connect” fitting–i.e. a matching female receiver on it. My pump does NOT have that and instead uses a “smooth shaft” on the adapters which is tightened down with a collared nut, not a quick connect system.
So these were not directly compatible (for me). I was thinking the shaft part might be enough to clamp in the nut system mine has, but it wasn’t. So instead I just removed my valve from the hose temporarily and just secured the hose to another smaller hose with a clamp and then that smaller ID hose clamped directly over the shaft on this type and worked fine, albeit without the shutoff valve. A little roundabout but works.
Will venture to find a correct fitting with valve for my pump in the future. The compatible quick connects I’ve seen on Amazon are too small on the “pump side”–that is they’re designed for smaller hoses–but I shall keep looking. For now this worked perfectly fine to fill three diffs with my “ghetto workaround”.
Fine adapters, fine price, good quality; recommended.

one of the tools in this kit fit the 2013 porsche cayenne S transmission. It is an Aisin transmission that is bottom fill. This adapter, when installed in place of the drain/fill plug, did not allow any fluid to come out, and threaded in perfectly. Made filling/flushing the transmission very easy! Highly recommend!
