I put this in my 1996 lx450 which had bad seals on its gas cap after 23 years. It seems to be a nice oem replacement.

Just save your self the headache of using another brand gas cap. I purchased another brand an it was so hard to unscrew the gas cap I had to use a strap wrench. This oem part fit my 1991 T4R 22re! Stay with oem and you’ll be happy you did.

I had some old aftermarket locking gas cap that was missing the key and I always thought it looked out of place. This is a nice OEM part and it cleans up the gas fill area….

This is the Toyota OEM replacement gas cap for a 1997 Toyota 4Runner. Fits as expected and resolved the P0441 code that was thrown.

Did the trick! Damn emissions testing in CO failed me for a gas cap. Ordered this and went in for a retest today and passed!

I bought this to replace a cap that was not Toyota. The old cap was difficult to remove. This cap is much nicer, and is easy to remove, or put back on.
