I just installed these this weekend with Shifter Bushings and Group N Transmission mount. All together they work great, the shifter feel is more precise, and the transmission movement is greatly reduced. Highly recommend the Positive Shift Kit, and the install was very easy, especially if you’re doing the transmission mount at the same time.
I installed this on my 2016 STI and the fitment was perfect.

I recommend doing these when you’re doing the transmission mount since you will be taking off the same crossmember to do either job. I can’t tell you how much a difference these made by themselves but overall I am pleased with how the car feels with them installed.
