Live the product. This is the upgrade version I had that lasted almost 4 years. Sturdier. What I miss is the tap to release. This on you have to push a buttun on the side of the phone. Sometimes a bit difficult to do when in the cradle. Otherwise…get it for the charging aspect of the product. Geeat buy.

Item was delivered yesterday and I set it up in a cup holder in my truck. I have a S23 Ultra phone with an Otter box case. Phone fits in the mount snug and when you push the buttons its arms really holds the phone securely. After putting the phone in the holder the first thing I noticed was the charging on the phone came on and started charging my phone. I had to drive about 50 miles to pick up my wife from the airport and the phone didn’t move. Other than the charging does seem a little slow, I really do like the mount, how secure it holds the phone, its adjustable and that it does charge my phone.

UPDATE – I have to say TOPGO Customer Service is awesome. They resolved my problem and sent me a new TOPGO Cup Holder Phone Mount at no cost. The one they sent was even a newer product and works flawlessly. Honestly service like this make me highly recommend TOPGO. Thank you again for taking the time to stand behind your product.
I bought this item and used in my truck. In the first week one of the two tabs that hold the phone from the bottom broke-off. The next day a tad that holds the phone in place on the left broke-off. I have reached out to product support three times and I not gotten a response yet. Would not recommend at all due to No Product Support and Poor Quality. Originally selected TOPGO because I thought they stood behind their products.

I travel daily for work. I help cover about 8 counties. I use my phone for GPS and calls so this helps insure my phone is visible and charges. Easy to release the phone. The auto close is the best lart. You don’t have to fumble around when driving to make sure it is secured. The only issue I have had with it is the alignment of the tensioner pads. The Ram truck I drive has 3 flexible rubber pads to help hold it. The tensioners on the base don’t extend out far enough to catch on the harder plastic. I had to cut a small piece of cardboard to put in the cupholder. I’ll have to look for a small cup to place the holder in.

Exceeded expectations. At first I was lime well I have to return it. Too small for my phone. Plugged it in, pushed the button on the side and WHAM! it opened. Then I thought we’ll now it’s too big. I set my phone inside and it slowly hugged my phone and was sturdy..
The 1 and only drawback is the arm should be a little bit longer as for someone in a truck

The best thing about this thing aside from it being an adjustable cup holder is that when you put your phone down on it the clamps auto lock which is good and you have to push the button behind it on the lower part of the of the phone clamp to release it I thought I can say about it the downside is if you it has a wireless charger that doesn’t work I have my phone on here for several hours and it went from 77% to 68 to like let’s just say it didn’t charge it said it was charging but it wasn’t and I even plugged it into a a full AC outlet and it still didn’t charge I used in the USB it still didn’t charge even though it said it was charging it didn’t charge but aside from everything else I mean it’s not worth the money that I paid for it it’s worth at least $20 maybe give or take but because they said it was a charger and it doesn’t charge my phone the fact that I took my phone out of the case and then put it on the charger cup holder it still didn’t charge it still continue to say charging but the charging decreased I even put it on there at 100% And it said it was fully charged but over time as it was plugged in keep in mind this charger was plugged in my phone still gradually lost its battery juice when I plug it on my regular cord without this cup holder at 100% it stays at 100% until I take it off basically my phone is left on the charger until I have to leave home and that’s one of the main things I wanted this cup holder for because I play a lot of video games and I use my hands a lot I type I do a lot of things with my hands and I don’t always have a charger or a phone holder and it would have been nice if this charger would have worked but since it didn’t work I can’t give this a four-star rating like I should give it or I can’t give it definitely won’t give it a five-star rating the charger didn’t work and it didn’t even hold my charge on there at least you would think it would at least hold the charge and but it didn’t do it aside from that I give it a two and a half because like I said when you put it down on the when you put your phone down on the cup holder on a phone holder the clamps auto lock on to it which I think is pretty awesome and you push the buttons in a auto and a release and it’s it’s mechanical which I find very awesome and very cool feature but it doesn’t do what it said it does 100% like I said it doesn’t charge it’ll tell you it’s charging but in actuality it won’t be charging so I give this a two out of five
