I’ve used a number of MagSafe phone mounts. This mount is unusual, and I like the way it’s designed.
First, the mount can be used with or without the charger itself. You can put your phone right on the mount, or you can put the charger there and put your phone on the charger. In either case, the magnets are plenty strong.
The two arm pivots are strong enough not to move around when you attach/detach your phone, but easy enough to move that you aren’t going to worry about bending something or detaching the tape.
It’s not without limitations, though I think they are more design decisions. The foam adhesive is thin. You’ll need a really flat surface to attach this to. If the foam were thicker, it would work on more curved surfaces, but it would be a bit more floppy on all of them.
I saw one review that said the adhesive is weak. The marking claims it to be real 3M VHB, although this is not mentioned in the product listing, so I don’t know if there’s a chance it’s counterfeit adhesive (what kind of world do we live in that that’s a question we have to ask?). VHB stands for “Very High Bond” and it’s really that. But no adhesive works on every surface, and if you (or anyone else) have used certain kinds of glossy stuff on your dash, I expect you’d need to clean it VERY AGGRESSIVELY before any adhesive will stick. Lots of glossy dash cleaners have silicone in them and that stuff really contaminates anything porous and can prevent stuff from ever sticking again… which is fine if that’s what you want.
I also find that when mounting with any foam tape including VHB, you get the best results (after thorough cleaning with alcohol) by holding hard for 2-3 minutes, then taping whatever you’re mounting down for at least 24 hours. With that procedure, I’ve never had VHB or VHB-like off-brand high-stick tape fail.
Anyway, I’m very pleased with this mount.
If I’m looking for something to criticize, I wish the small ball mount on the back of the magnetic disc were a bit tighter. It doesn’t move when going over bumps, but it does like to move while attaching or detaching the phone to the magnetic mount. That’s really a nitpick though. It’s tight enough, at least on my unit. I’d just prefer it tighter. The two pivots on the arms are more to my preference in terms of tightness.

While my original purpose was solely for in-car use, I’m now seriously considering purchasing a second unit so that I can have one dedicated to the car and another permanently stationed in the house. The magnetic charging puck provides a strong and reliable hold on my phone, ensuring that it remains securely attached even during movement. I have no concerns about it accidentally falling off. The charger works perfectly and it rotates so you can have the cord in any direction not just at the 6 oclock position. The magnet hold my S25 ultra very strongly and will not let go.

Works fairly well, but could use one more access of rotation/tilt.
Also if phone is heavy and it’s rotation is beyond about 20 degrees, it won’t hold it.
All this said, one of the best I have used so far. I would buy again.

I love this. The magnet is strong and holds the phone well. Allows for a versatile positioning of the mount in most surfaces event textured dashboards with the included very strong 3M adhesive. I recommend it and will by another!

Hard to find holders that work In my car as my vents are built funny and my dash isn’t flat. But this works great. I live in the desert and the adhesive has held. And the device charges great ( for a wireless charging unit). I like that the charging magnet can be taken off and used somewhere else then can snap to the car holder easily (magnetized). Great option for s25 ultra or any phone that uses the whole wireless mag safe charging circle.
