I had a leaking connection to the water heater I tried different things n nothing worked but this fix the leak the first time

Works too well. Be careful of how much you use because if it runs elsewhere your whole device may freeze up and this is permanent. Next time I’ll use a toothpick to guide just a bit onto the threads. I can’t remove stars because the stuff works too well. Be sure you want red and not blue.

Good product, a bit thin but that ads to the spreadability on screws, Easy to apply and seems to hardened in about 5 minutes. For the price definitely worth a try.

I use loctite on screws in a high vibration location. I like this low tack version. I use it on my folding knives (some screws have stripped out because of the blue (medium) tack. This is 222 (purple) low tack type, enough to keep a screw from backing out. I use this on certain screws on my model steam engine drive rod screws ( I have found these loosen while the model was in operation. But is not that tight to remove screw. I have used this on my bicycles on (like accessory screws – bells, computer mounting quick lock fittings, etc…). I use it also on guitar output jacks (they’re notorious for the mount nut loosening up from the amp cord plugging in & out.
