- 243 Medium strength locktight blue thread locker, for locking and sealing of threads below M20, threads above Dn65 need to be coated on both sides to isolate the air, otherwise the thread sealant may not cure
- Use steps: 1. Keep the surface clean; 2Add enough locktight to the end of the screw, 3. After application, the nut needs to be tightened to the locktight thread locker position within 3 minutes, wait for 20 minutes for initial curing and 24 hours for complete curing. Note:1. Do not mix with metal, oil and dirt
- Half-Bottle Package: The blue threadlocker in the anaerobic adhesive is a single-component adhesive. Blue locktight will remain liquid when exposed to air. If it is lacking air, threadlocker blue will solidify. Therefore, the product is sold in the form of half a bottle (50ml)

Interesting design for the case. I like that it’s more of a thumb press than a squeeze tube. Large tube should last for quite a few applications. Can’t ever have enough loctite.

Don’t know about the longevity of it but it is a great quality for the price. Im sure it works as well as any threadlock. I have not tried to remove a bolt i have used it on but Im sure it is performing as designed.

243 Thread Lock is excellent. I use it for my RC cars that generate an extreme amount of vibration and the screws are always coming loose. This thread lock completely ensures that they will not loosen up. My only issue with this is the nozzle on the bottle, after I use it then come back a few days later the thread lock hardens inside the nozzle and won’t dispense, so I have to take it off and use a paper clip to clean it out and that itself is a mess because not if but when you get this stuff on your hands or whatever it is extremely sticky!! It needs a better way to dispense without getting clogged up!!
Otherwise For the value and quality it is highly recommended!!!

A must have part of your tool box. The blue thread lock is a must have when working with bolts and nuts on equipment that moves. Think vehicles, lawn equipment, etc. Any machine or equipment that vibrates will eventually have bolts or nuts that will loosen and blue thread lock prevents that. This is not the red thread lock which is the really strong locker. The blue is strong but allows for removal without a lot of force.

I have used this in a few areas now that isnt super critical such as on my mower where i was having a problem with the wheel nut coming loose for some reason and it has solved that issue. I put some on a nut and bolt let it harden up and it does seem to have some decent holding power. i cant say if its a good substitute but its better then not having it.

I ordered this ‘Thread Lock Red’ to use on the bolts on the walls surrounding my pool deck. With the wind blowing as much and hard as it does around here, the bolts holding the sections together tend to get loose. I figured this ‘Thread Lock Red
‘ would help keep them tight.
This ‘Thread Lock Red’ does work well. I applied it to a couple of the bolts on my pool deck walls that always tend to come loose. We had quite a windstorm that night, and bolts actually stayed tight. They always got loose before. This product does work.
I like how easy it is to apply this ‘Thread Lock Red’ to your bolts. The dispenser package works great…it a super design.
I’m satisfied with this ‘Thread Lock Red’. It easy to apply and works well. I can recommend it.
